did i mention school has started?
the enthusiasm i had during the last week of holidays,
has obviously faded away.
because i'm dreading morning and saturday classes.
BUT, i like the mix of modules this semester.
well, sorta?

my mind sometimes, drifts away while the lecturer goes blah blah blah,
but during Finance lecture, it's a bit hard to even take 2 minutes to daydream,
miss a step on the formulae, you're in deep shit sista.
strategic management's quite ... fill-in-word-where-appropriate.
Mr Goon jokes wayy too much,
goes on way too much about BreadTalk & Carls Jr.
so much that the mates wanted the latter for lunch today!
Mr Param for HRD is just... erm... back to planet Earth please Sir!

looks like i'm giving the JB seafood + Jusco trip a miss.
on a lighter note,
time to start on my 4.5k words essay !
been wanting to start. i say, tomorrow is the day!

been waiting to catch this since watching the trailer months back!
great storyline and plot.
ali larter is soo good being psycho.
and beyonce, she's got the chops for acting !
she was good in Dreamgirls too.
although the main parts were showed in the trailer,
i still enjoyed this one.

of what could have been.

never really thought i could so openly tell someone my thoughts.
you know, even those things i'd usually just keep to myself...
i've found two people, who are similar to me in so many ways, of late.
weird huh?
what's really weird is,
these two individuals have been around me for a coupla years,
it took me this long to realise, these people,
are people i need in life, to keep me sane.

starbucks kopi-sessions and late night walks,
with a new found friend recently were nice.
engaging in heartfelt conversations, beats senseless superficial ones anytime.

on a side note,
monday morning lecture tomorrow, i dread.
urgh i need to stop spending uneccesarily!

we caught Transformers : Revenge of The Fallen at Vivocity GV Gold Class!

it's our first time going for Gold Class,

and i must say, boy am i impressed!
the chairs were so comfy, adjustable to almost a 180 degrees, shiokness!

headed over to Timbre : The Substation for dinner!

we ordered too much food, but dang it was good :)

Jack & Rai, together with their band, forming EIC were staging that night.

Rai's really good i reckon!
markie zai sneakily managed to slip a dedication to the band!

eve of my 22nd

30th June' 09

supposedly a family dinner to celebrate my 22nd birthday...
when all arrived, mum said my grand aunts were on their way,
bringing with them a huge surprise, so she made me shut my eyes,
in the midst of it, i heard murmurs and some giggling.
i opened my eyes to find my uni mates there!
alicia, hwee and the twin boys.
lol sneaky sneaky these people!
mum had been secretly in contact with them. haha!
ya'll totally got me!

was so nice to have my family, boyfriend and friends all have dinner together,
for me ! :)
boyfriend, friends & i, headed over to East Coast Park,
to Beach Cabana for a drink.
root beer float anyone? :)
it was an awesome day!
not to mention my midnight kiss from the boy :)
