morning class today.
decided last minute to swap groups.
i feel bad for abandoning xia's group to join mel's.
like i always say, ohhh wells.
my first impression of Mike, my lecturer, was Boring.
turned out to be, he's freakin hilarious!
he's got so much to say, so full of cute actions!
seems like OB isn't all that boring, is it?
started on group assignment after lunch,
i think we're progressing great girls!
school has been fun with this bunch, really =)

spent my Monday looking after Markie,

visited the doc today,
went to the library for research.
after spending almost an hour there,
i found out that my loan quota is full.
bummerrr.

been trying to cramp standard deviation into my head all day.
although the upcoming mid-semester test is merely 25MCQs.
still... you can never be too confident i'd say.

it's Sunday morning, and i'm feeling really... fill-in-the-blank.
Sis is away in the States, dad and mom out for their Saturday night date.
so i guess it's just me and bro stuck at home.
bah-ness.
boo's out with the boysies.

i signed up for Student Council,
but skipped the interview,
so i guess that's pretty much a goner?
it was the photography part that enticed me.
o wells.
while most of the girls joined for a popularity-lift / boys,
I'm really like, whatever lah.
some people, can really, be that fake.
but then again, that's just my bloody opinion.

managed to get books from the national library for assignment.
due in 2 weeks! gotta start cracking.
let's hope i made a right choice of groupmates.
time to buck up.
gone are the days of skipping lectures.
or so i hope!

met up with the teddies, bhav, michelle and sylvie last thurs.
btw, happy belated chingsie =)
reminiscences of the old KC days, burning ching's birthday cake.

july; coming to an end..

July's item of lust:

1.) it's the Anya Hindmarch bag everyone's talking about! Limited edition.
different colors for different countries. am eyeing the US edition, which is navy blue.
it was design for the whole go-green campaign thing.
have got to get my hands on one! people across the globe are queuing up overnight just so they could get one. doubt it has arrived in Singapore.
people on Yahoo!Actions are expecting bids as high as S$450. when it's only sold at £5!

no school today and wednesday,
just so you know, timetable varies each week.

25th - 28th June 07
my last week at work.
was really hectic,
cos i had to finish up phase 1 of the project,
before handing it over to the other two.
got party packs of muffins, cheesecakes and chocolate delights from coffeebean for my colleagues.
spent enough at MiniToons to be a member.
haha! got cute stuffies for them =)

29th June 07, Friday
my last day at HP,
which happens to be our department's Team Building for Quarter 3.
so shiok, spent my last day enjoying instead of working =)
at 11am, we packed up,
headed for Labrador Park, which was just 10minutes away.
just before leaving my aisle,
all my colleagues started to crowd around me,
immediately i knew, they were up to something!
so yeah, they got me gifts =)
i swear this bunch is one sweet one!
they gave me cash, a HP photo printer, Esprit vouchers and 2 big cards!
was really touched lah,
especially the card, made me tear.
basket.

so yes, back to Labrador Park.
arrived there and the Event people led us to play some games.
you know, those that 'teach' you stuff like teamwork and what not.
headed back to the office at 5pm.
we went to the HP clubhouse for a shower,
before heading out for my farewell dinner.
went to Marina Sq.
KBox; of all places.
went there for buffet, and endless cheena song karaoke.
was really dreading the singing part.
i only sang a coupla english songs.
cos i knew none of those mandarin songs.
o wells.
then... they surprised me with a cake!!!
really sweet of them to know that my birthday was in two days =)
so yeah, was teary and all !
overall, great time!!

30th June, Saturday
Christina Aguilera's concert at the Singapore Indoor Stadium!
was really chaotic outside,
queue was moving quite slowly.
anyways, finally Christina came out at 8.30pm!
no doubt, one of the best singers of our time!
had a blast there =)

1st July, Sunday , my 20th birthday!
went over to boo's crib =)
he got me a Coach Legacy handbag!
it's gorrrrrrgeous.
he wrote me a song, which so made me cry!!!

went over to Tony Roma's for dinner,
serving portion's HUGE.
had a really nice time there, didn't we baby?
caught Transformers.

met xia and bhavie!
went to The Secret Garden along Bencoolen st.
nice fine place..
service sucked.
calamari , not cooked.
bah.
headed over to TCC for tea and cake!
had lots of fun there,
teasing the waiter all! haha

been going swimming with boo the past 2 weeks,
no more snow white =(
i guess it can be nice being Pocahontas? =)

i've been shopping so much,
doing some serious damage to my bank account.
