argh!
it's only week two of the semester,
and i'm already worrying about the assignments on hand.
for the record,
it's 6 assignments and 2 tests.
goodness gracious me.

the past week was extremely exhausting,
lessons startin as early as 8:30am till 6:30pm.
thank goodness it won't be that way from next week onwards.

i wore my SF varinas to school today,
my first trip out with her,
and she has already "bitten" me pretty bad.
new blisters :(

i can't wait to get my hands on Barack's memoir, Dreams from My Father.
but first, am still on the waiting list for his second, The Audacity of Hope!
oh yeah.

wednesday;
first day of my forth semester.
and they're already piling us with assignments!
what a great start i say.
it's a bit weird that my usual clique aren't with me,
but thank goodness i had company anyways.
the aussie lecturer, looks just like Santa.
and he is one hellva joker.
bloody funny yes.

helping mark and aunty corine take down Christmas deco,
made me realise that time is passing way too fast.
i need to slow down,
there's too many things i'm missin out on.

my first sin of '09: i ate like 10 balls of chocolates.
and i haven't even started jogging!

Finally, i decided i should post about the end of '08.
Christmas Day, like the previous years, was spent at Mark's.
as usual, Aunty Corine cooked all the yummy stuffies!
and my baby's speciality, Shepard's pie!

markie took a coupla days off so we could spend more quality time together.

off we were to the bowling alley!

been awhile since i last bowled, and boy i suck!

boyfriend has gone all pro,

09 resolutions.

2009 new year resolutions.
is there really a need?
what the heck, i'll make 'em anyways.
but i never fail to..
not accomplish them.

now let's see... in 2009:

1. I want to lose weight (the plan - jog, every thursday). i really hope i will NOT push this back.
2. I want to start eating healthy (yes baby, no more McDonalds for me).
3. I will start saving up(finally) for a DSLR (sweeeeeeeet).
4. I will continue doing well in school.
5. I will go to the US by year end.
6. I will be a better girlfriend, friend, daughter.
7. I will continue with the path towards my faith.

Is it too much to accomplish in a year?
i say each year i will try to lose weight,
but why am i not losing any?
i get so frustrated with myself sometimes lah.
i mean i love being a big girl,
but i know i'm not healthy.

now check me into rehab.

sum-yi got back from the states just to surprise popo.
was so heart-warming seeing popo really happy,
since her op early december.
dinner with ze uncles and aunties.

the horse stable was just behind us while we were dining!
no kidding. they were asleep though, and yes bhav, standing!

it was a fat-n-ugly day for me, bigass blister made it all worse,
but the girls never fail to make my day :)

This Christmas

it's raining at 2:18am,
on Christmas eve.

shopping during this festive period,
wrapping presents & placing them under the tree at boo's place,
made me feel like i'm part of this really special occasion.
i once told him,
"i've always wanted a Christmas tree".
i really got one the next Christmas. :)

was check assignment results.
sim is screwed up, they gave everyone ZERO marks.
i am very if not almost certain that it's some kinda "joke" on their part.

i watched the latest episode of The Hills!
and i finally found someone who loves the show like i do!

well now that the Raffles City circus show has ended,
i've till Sunday for this Peugeot event.
can't wait for it to end!

work has been fun working with friends,
