The way you make me feel
I didn't believe my mom when,
The first thing she told me when I woke up was,
"your Michael Jackson is dead".
I was a 100% sure she was kidding.
My response, "don't bluff la".
And she, "don't believe go check the Internet".
I hid behind the doors of my wardrobe, googled it on my phone.
I really couldn't believe what I was reading.
Reality finally set in after a few hours after reading people flooded their facebook status with saddening goodbyes for our King Of Pop.
Omgosh is this for real?
Not some sick joke by the fucking papparazi?!

with so many things happening,
it's becoming a tad overwhelming.
one of my 2009 new year resolutions,
to be fulfilled.
and i couldn't be more excited,
thanks to daddy and mummy :)
and i'm glad ali and i will be joining hwee on this!
picnic at the marina barrage was awesome!
that day i broke the barrier.
the day i broke my curfew.
friends come and go,
it's amazing to know who are the ones who stay.

i've got so many way overdue pics,
waiting in my draft folders, to be posted.
i'm feeling so bloody sian to blog these days,
i'm thinkin no one actually reads my shit,
might as well take it down.
i've been thinkin alot lately..
about so many things..
life in general.
been meetin bhav, the other girls lately.
staying up till like 5am chatting to ali & hwee,
absolute madness right.
boyfriend doing reservist,
i miss him!

of what nots.
oh what a day.
a day full of, changing of plans.
the girls and i were supposed to meet up,
crash hwee's crib,
go for a ride in ali's ride,
and land up at the marina barrage or something.
that was postponed,
and i was contemplating if i should meet markie,
but the weather out there totally stopped me.
so i spent my afternoon,
ogling at Forever 21 and Louis Vuitton online.
oh oh.
and i printed sem 5's timetable!!
that was exciting.
looking forward to year 3.
no really,
i'm not being sarcastic!
evening came,
i kicked into "i need to pack my stuff" gear!
put all semester 4's notes and textbooks aside,
making way for semester 5's.
i cleared my wardrobe, finally.
all this while,
i couldn't bear to part with my once-cld-fit-and-i-thought-i-look-good clothes,
but today, i did.
now my wardrobe has shrunk to a third of its orginal size!
i say.. time to re-stock babayyy.
i also threw away all cosmetics which i gauged to be more than 1 1/2 years old.
super gross.
i need more more more!

so ban mian for dinner, mang guo bing for dessert!

SINGAPORE: She was supposed to check her exam results on an online portal on Friday. But before the student, who is studying for her RMIT University degree through SIM could do that, an email from RMIT stopped her short.
Her results had been held up — along with those of over 2,000 students here — as some RMIT faculty were involved in a strike by the National Tertiary Education Union in Victoria, Australia. Therefore, exam results have been withheld over a dispute on pay and working conditions.
But the delay looks to be a short one, as the university and the union will likely sign a memorandum of understanding on Saturday which will lift the industrial bans in place, including the withholding of the exam results.
An RMIT spokesperson told TODAY that it will be "business as usual" when the agreement is signed — the university will resume the release of results immediately. About five of the university’s modules — mainly in business — were affected.
RMIT students in Australia are not affected, as they have yet to sit for their exams, while graduating students whose results are withheld would also not have been affected as they can apply to the union for exemptions.
An SIM spokesperson said about one—third of the 6,000 students who took RMIT exams in April and May were affected, and RMIT had informed the university that it had been working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. This is the first time in SIM’s 22—year partnership with RMIT where a strike has affected students here.
The 20—year—old business management student received her results for three of the four exams she took. "I was surprised, but I think everything is fine because it sounded like someone is handling it. We were told that our re—enrolment next semester would not be affected," she said.
Other RMIT partners in Singapore told TODAY their students have not been affected by the strike. The Singapore Institute of Commerce — which offers RMIT programmes in engineering — was informed of the situation but were told it would not affect them, said its spokesman.
The strike was also supported by other universities in the state, like Monash and Deakin, but institutions offering their programmes here said they were not aware of it and had not been informed of any impact on students here.

launched Safari, into the EOL.
heart pumping so fast, so hard.
anxiety suffocating me.
a nervous wreck i was.
good night's sleep, i didn't get.
a million prayers, i said.
finally three out of four results,
the last one, TBA.
i did well for the three, i reckon.
if you think i'm boasting, screw you.
i very well deserve it.
unfortunately, the one that got me worried this whole time,
is the last one thats to be released.
